Sponsored by Jiangsu Research Hospital Association, the 4th MCRB Talent Gathering of hepatobiliary diseases was held on May 19, 2019 in Jinan Garden Resort Hotel, Shandong Province. Clinical experts of hepatobiliary surgery from all over the country gathered together to discuss the latest research progress of hepatobiliary diseases. The theme of this conference is "liver gut brain" axis dialogue and autoimmune liver disease.

At the same time, the conference launched the construction of sample center, data center, R & D base and multi center clinical evaluation research of "Chinese human microecology (second genetic map) program" in East China. As one of the main sponsors and operators of the project, Jiangsu Aoyin Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (East China base of Guangdong Nanxin Medical Technology Co., Ltd.) will be responsible for the platform construction, technical support and Transformation Research of the project.

Professor Hu Sanyuan, President of Shandong Research Hospital Association and vice president of Shandong Qilu Medical College, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the conference. Welcome all experts to the beautiful "Spring City" to participate in the conference. Then, Professor Lu Ling, chairman of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, Institute of translational medicine of Nanjing Medical University and executive chairman of MCRB, delivered a speech and introduced the human microecology (second genetic map) plan to experts.

According to Professor Lu, human beings have opened the "dual cause model" of disease treatment gene + meme. Meme is human micro ecology. Human microecology is closely related to the occurrence and development of various human diseases. The research on human microecology is becoming more and more hot at home and abroad. However, at present, most of the basic research is based on small samples, and there is still a lack of large sample database and related standards. In this context, Professor Lu's team took the lead in initiating the human microecology (second genetic map) program (East China) project, which covers the sample bank and database construction in East China, as well as the multi center clinical evaluation of a series of microbiota interventions and　products.

At the end of the opening ceremony, Professor Lu Ling, chairman of MCRB, Professor Yang Ruifu, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Professor Gao Zhiliang, Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University, Professor Zhong Lin, South Hospital of Shanghai First People's Hospital, President of Shandong Research Hospital Association and vice president of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, Professor Hu Sanyuan Liu chongzhong, director of transplantation Department of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, jointly launched the "human microecology (second genetic map) project".
